Pat Marnane

Pat is from Kilfeacle, Co. Tipperary. He graduated from U.C.C. with a B.A. in Music and Mathematics and a Higher Diploma in Education. He is also a graduate of the Royal Irish Academy of Music where he studied piano. Music has always been his first love and he has been working as a full-time professional musician for many years. Even on his nights off, Pat is sure to be found playing at the nearest session or recording in his studio!

Pat is an experienced piano player, vocalist and musical director. In addition to performing at weddings, functions, shows and festivals in Ireland and the U.K., Pat has toured all over the United States working with well-known Irish stars such as Noel V.Ginnity, Red Hurley, Tony Kenny and the late Dermot O'Brien. He has performed for many years on the 'Cruise of the Irish Stars' in the Caribbean, which takes place for a week in February every year. Warm sun, sandy beaches, cocktails, starry nights and music, music, music. It's a hard life at times!

Pat deals with the bookings for 'Chain Reaction' personally. He loves meeting and talking to people. He is always happy to chat with people who are organizing a party or function. Wedding couples, in particular, really appreciate that they can call or meet Pat at any time to decide on music for their ceremony, their first dance, or a particular mix of music for their wedding reception.
